"Base Station Walk Back" and "Walk Like an Astronaut" lessons

We have now completed three Mission X lessons, and here are some photographs of out practise at running an increasingly long distance, just as astronauts need to practise doing, to build up their fitness before missions. There are also some photographs of us having fun, playing 'Crab Soccer', whilst developing our coordination.

Kian's experience.

That was a great day! I had a lot of fun running the lengths, and I managed to run forty of them. I also had great fun playing the Crab Soccer, which was fun, and very difficult! I scored a goal in the last ten seconds to make the game a draw.
We also did squats and push-ups, which made me feel pushed to my own personal best. Everything was fantastic!
The first week was also great fun. We skipped and ran lengths of the yard, too. I still hope that I can improve in my laps and my push-ups. I can't wait to do another lesson!

Correction

Apologies, "Walk Like an Astronaut", in the title of this post, should read "Do a Space Walk". I don't know why I mislabelled it!
