Teams of elementary students will learn principles of healthy eating and exercise, compete for points, and get excited about space and the educational possibilities for their own future. Students will practice scientific reasoning and teamwork while participating in hands-on training missions targeting strength, endurance, coordination, balance, spatial awareness, and more.

  • Everyone is doing GREAT!!

    Has anyone tried the new activity named Touchdown Charlie? I am looking forward to seeing the time it takes for you to run 40 yards (37 meters).

  • Walk Around the Earth

    Hello everybody! I am excited to begin my journey all the way around the Earth today. Come join me as we Train Like an Astronaut together.   • My favorite activity

    We added a new activity called Peake Liftoff! That is my new favorite activity to do, but we cant really perform it in space. I am looking forward to returning to Earth so I can yell out 5,4,3,2,1... LIFTOFF! as I exercise my entire body! Here is a picture of my friend Tim Peake doing some Peake Liftoff training before we flew to space... look how high he can jump!!!

  • We are almost at the ISS

    Hi everybody!
    The hard work you have put in by Training Like An Astronaut has moved Tim Peake, Astro Maya and me almost to the ISS. That is really exciting! While on the ISS we are going to meet up with other astronauts. Do any of you have any questions for us? If so, have your team leader write them as comments below or submit them as a new team report.
