    In this exercise, the little astronauts show us how we will increase the strength of our abdominal muscles, which are so vital for a harmoniously tight body.


    In photos 1-6 the little astronauts warm up in order to be ready for the greater pressure that follows…
    In photos 6-8 they are doing abs in order to increase the strength of their abdominals. The abdominal muscles along with the back muscles, which we exercise in photos 9-16, are very important because they protect the bowels and give energy to the body for a number of movements, such as walking, running and jumping. They also help our body gyrate, lie down, get up quickly and even stay still.
    How important are all these for the astronauts? Believe us… VERY MUCH !

    Greetings from the Space Explorers of the 2nd Minority Primary School of Komotini, Greece!
    MISSION ASSIGNMENT: Full Body Training
    Our little Space Explorers selected 7 activities for making sure to address all areas of the body . They did this stations as quickly as possible and tryed to maintain proper form. They totally enjoyed it! You could see it in their smiling faces especially when they yelled "Liftoff".

  • Mission X: Taste in Space

    After creating their own Food Pyramid and understanding the importance of a balanced diet in the astronaut's daily life, the young astronauts prepared fruit salad in the classroom. The children enjoyed the process of preparation very much.Finally, they came to the conclusion that everybody even if we are not an astronaut, should have a healthy and balanced diet.
