Tandem Para-Cycling
Your mission: Finish the race as quickly as possible using your team spirit!
This resource was created by CNES, ESERO France 2024

When working as a team, cohesion and communication are essential. This is especially true aboard the space station, where astronauts must live and work together in a confined space for several months. Team spirit is also one of the most important values in sports. One of the best examples is the tandem event in para-cycling, which involves a race between two athletes — one who is visually impaired or blind and the other who is sighted. Perfect trust and coordination between the two cyclists are crucial to winning the race.
Your mission will be to complete a three-legged race with a partner who will be blindfolded and must rely on you.
